"Megha Engineering Infrastructure Ltd. company does not have a fixed time frame for increments. As per company rules, increments are supposed to happen every 2 years, but in reality, they happen every 3 years, which is not confirmed. Additionally, there is no limit to the annual amount of Arrears and it's uncertain when it will be paid. If you leave the company before receiving the Arrears payment, the company will not provide it. "There is no guarantee of promotion in MEIL company. I have been working in MEIL company for more than 6 years, but I haven't received any promotion....Read More
