company provides free food, but offering the same potato curry every day

Dislikes

The company's favoritism towards Telugu-speaking staff and the lack of equal opportunities for site staff, including the absence of four-wheeler provision, make me feel like my career has regressed. The absence of a focus on safety and quality further adds to the dissatisfaction. It sometimes feels akin to joining a service-oriented platform like Zomato.
