I am working as Senior engineer in meil it's Very hard work , no timings waste company full mental pressure and torture from higher authorities only for site engineers no work satisfaction Cannot balance personal life,Can't allocate time for family, duty timings very high, no job security

They don't follow holiday calender released by HO. You don't have any appraisal or promotion regularly it nearly once in 3 years.Company says they will give bonus every year but you don't get any bonus.No work life balance as you have to work 7 days a week and NO OTs are paid even Sundays are not paid days but you have to work for free on sundays.

I likes the most is their environment and team and lot of things there to learn always they wants you to make skilled, I worked here approx 2 yr as a Civil engineer and learn a lot of things about my field .

Dont join meil group.Life spoiled.Nims hospital site accommodation is very poor.staying purpose rooms given in hostel.1 small room 8 persons staying.Dgm nagendra babu given poor accommodation to staff. Many employees resignation to meil group because company hr policy is not good.with out prior importation company remove employees.animal is better than meil group.small builder company is better than meil group .Hide salary deductions more in meil group.If ctc 50,000.employees recieve net salary only 38000....Read More

Don't waste your time I this company, beacause this company is very very bad. From outer side this company is very good but from inner side this company is very very very bad, poor. इस कंपनी में जाने से achaa hai ki kisi Vendor ko join krlo.

Sallary not credited in time , no any leave from HR side. , If you are taken leave then money will be deducted from yor sallary, & no any four wheeler vehicle provide by company.. & company provide only HF-Delux bike. Very poor guest house like a apartment.. no any accommodation given by company. From in hand sallary will be deducted your PF&Tax.

Hikes never come on time if your lucky your 1 st hike can happen in 3-4 years also based on when you joined. Here employees are just treated as tools no respect for the employees from top level.
