I joined here through a National conference.Frankly speaking,I gained lot of knowledge working here. Environment is good except that people who are Unfit for r and d, lazy, create negative comments on the employees on pages like this. Management should take care to remove such weeds by finding through Google the exact person and their IP who's involving and good that it went to government dept to find And the things are in progress :)...Read More

Only thing I want to improve is that before hiring somebody, not only the best College, the best student but the student who have better interpersonal skills only should be considered, not the one who just show their frustration of incapablity on the sites like this

work here is purely technical research and development, good opportunities for talented and hardworking people. i saw some reviews which are hurting. i have been working from many years. I know the company culture , many customers signing up for latest technologies with us because i myself supporting customer projects. Few people who got evicted/removed due to female harassment, incapability to compete, creating problem for the reputation of the company as the one who likes would write in a simple way instead of complex. Meeami technologies has the biggest speech research group in world. People work on latest technologies and latest algorithms. Engineers can directly contribute to the products development. Guidance from senior engineers is very good. Works are assigned individually and sufficient time line is provided to complete it with very good guidance. Have yearly appraisal and pay scales are good. Highly recommend working with the group. Working hours are flexible....Read More

I have been here for longtime. I am supervised to see these negative remarks about Meeami .It is very good company and nice pay is given.I think few people whoever are not suitable for team work has written these negative remarks. Hike and bonus are paid on-time without fail as they promised. Technical director is very good-hearted person and he supports technically as well as personally. He is very strong in field and gives all the necessary assistance. Manager puts lot of efforts to mould the fresher to make them as speech expertise. Past 3 years, I'm working here. Company is based on speech , I think its the biggest speech research group in the world, working on latest technologies in signal processing and machine learning. Wide scope for learning and progressing ourselves. Good team leads and expertise. A good place for hardworkers and career oriented people, who want to settle well in their lives.
