Teammates: Most of them are either smart/willing to learn. Not both. Training: Non-existent Job security: Non-existent Career Growth: Sure, but don't expect an increase in pay. Travel: Not as a medical writer. Project managers do travel. Salary/Appraisal: Good appraisals for the people who have been with the company for a long timewhich is well-deserved because it's not easy staying in a company like this. If you are a newbie or a year into the job..forget about it. Politics: Oh,so much politics! Learning: Medical writers learn a lot.
