First of all,company culture is worst,full of politics.only you can work peacefully,if you'd licks Higher official shoes.Low salary and benefits.There is agreement policy for 2 years.Also they are demanding 1 lakh to return your own certificates.Even you've genuine reason to resign,they won't consider.I have one year of experience in this company(medreich Unit-7).Id never seen a satisfied colleague in this company.worst transport facility,atleast 60people traveling in a single mini cab(suraj masta) food...? When I join here I new for pharmaceutical industry. For fresh candidates it's very good to learn the each and evey development from dispensing graduation compression coating and for Q C and Q A document everything. But one worst is the HR DEPARTMENT AFTER RESIGN THEY NEED TO DO WHAT IS HELP THE PERSON need they have to help my self from January 2012 till date I have been more than thousand times for PROVIDENT FUND claims or other help till date they not did they the person is resign from our company. H R police the people of H R are very worst the have learn at least how to behave with ex EMPOLAY settlement of P F and other help. Specially unite 03 H R are very much irresponsible people when ever I visit to the company they're busy. Before visit to company we call today the not available. After words I visit Head office. There also not good response. One the employ he collected my document one cancelled check.
