There is nothing which i liked about the company they are all messed up ...no proper training no proper maintaining hr policies companies norms nothing just pathetic company to work even for the patient who visit the clinic they just suffer

Work Details

My work is used to be at the reception and attending call giving then proper information about the clinic and taking bookings other than that as it is a diagnostic and polyclinic centre so we used to deliver reports and assisting patients with the OPD

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
