Everything is micromanaged here. Managers don't want to mentor their subordinates, they just want the work to be completed quickly by any means. They promote working late night and weekends openly. Forget personal life if you would be working in this company. Most funny and irritating part : The CTO makes you work as bad as a slaveby telling that you are doing noble work of solving patients problems. I bet this company would be doomed soon and would start firing employees. Current employees try to change your company as soon as possible....Read More

The company has strong roots in terms of corporate client base that was inherited from the parent organization MediAssist.

There are managers who like to encourage employees to work during the weekends. At times they try to “lead by example” by displaying how much they work during the weekend. Leading by example sounds great and looks like a true quality of a leader. But wait, we are living in an era where forward thinking companies are starting to experiment ‘4 days work a week’ to enhance employee productivity. Keeping third Saturday as a working day in the official employment agreement for all employees isn’t the best example to lead with. It has been an arduous journey. Lots of Micro-Management, No proper planning, No job security (Totally depends on the Mood of the Management), Expect tail wagging. I do not see much growth—no benefits (Travel allowance, Free Food, WFH, Job Training, Team outings).

I've had a great experience at MediBuddy. The company cares about its employee well-being and has some good aspects such as strong Teamwork and a very supportive Team to work & learn around. They offer training and good benefits. The work environment is convenient for balancing work & personal life. I truly recommend Medibuddy to anyone looking for a good place to work.

There are positive aspects, but there are substantial areas that need to improve—problems with communication and unclear expectations set. I hope to see these issues fixed for future employees.

Work life balance is fine. Give good salary package. Provide good Perks related to healthcare needs.

1. Not an employee oriented company. 2. Performance appraisals are not good. 3. Do layoffs frequently. 4. Not get opportunity to learn new things. Also don't provide the better resources due to which person can't do productive works. 5. Baisation and Favoritism happens at the level of senior management.
