- This is the best place you can go for an interview if you lack self-confidence - Best place to start-off your career if you think you will never find a job However, never let them kill your confidence rather use them as a ladder to gain experience.

Dislikes

- Management - No health insurance, no PF, no gratuity, they do not follow any policy that all the genuine companies should. PF is a must if the strength is more than 15, here they are 100-140 employees and yet they don't. - Management passes nasty comments on women - Management has different rule for different people - WFH is for the favoritees <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - No incentives, no bonus, no annual hikes</mark>. You put down the paper and you get everything. - HR is for the namesake, HR is not accessible to all the important information and exists only for the calling candidates. - No shoes allowed, washroom is cleaned once in a week. - If someone tests positive, management lies to all the employees to prevent employees from WFH and other employees are left to get infected by using the same water purifier and restroom...Read More
