...Management has different rule for different people - WFH is for the favoritees - No incentives, no bonus, no annual hikes. You put down the paper and you get everything. - HR is for the namesake, HR is not accessible to all the important information and exists only for the calling candidates. - No shoes allowed, washroom is cleaned once in a week. - If someone tests positive, management lies to all the employees to prevent employees from WFH and other employees are left to get infected by using the same water purifier and restroom

If they don't like the employee, they will throw them out without their consent. Like, one fine morning they will call you and tell you from tomorrow you don't have to come, asking about the reasons you will get some nonsense replies. Job security is the biggest no no here. Choose wisely and the join mediacle at your own risk.

Dislikes

The so called management. Even if you're working great, if they think they can get away with walking all over you they'll without a thought. You'd be highly mistreated, underpaid and over abused just because they'd feel like it. Easily one of the most predatory and shady company I've ever seen.

Had a very supportive team,got appraisal &hike,work pressure will be bit more but learnt various Technologies, overall had very good experience working with Mediacle and I am satisfied with my work and all experience
