If you are rich and you want to work for namesake not bothered about salary then mediassist would be better option for you. Work life balance is good but it depends upon the team which you are joining.

Salary is too less to survive in society, if you are fresher then you don't expect that you will be earing good( fresher salary will be 20k in hand that is max), if you are doctor simply don't join they will make you work as slave then whenever they feel that you are not meeting up targets,then they will force you to resign and moreover if you are leaving you have to surve minimum 30 days notice period then you will get your salary after 45 days that means you have to wait for 2 months to get final settlement....Read More

Here and there get to see managers who are helpful but again they are bound by management and we end up not getting timely appraisals and recognitions.

I see no scope for growth inspite of being capable. There is no team work here. Made to work almost round the year with no backup. Not allowed to take leaves. Unused leaves are not paid either. Work is happening at the cost of personal life. Work culture needs to be relooked into.
