There is no any work strategy in our department. If have then its changing every day which is good to learn everyday but it also impact our work flow & cinsistency.

I am previoysly was a part of Investigation department to review the claims of cashless & reimbursement & then moved to Quality Analytics to maintain the quality of the report & detect & catch fraud claims.
