Their HR policy is all about squeezing the life blood of young doctors to benefit their own the bottom line ; irrespective of what happens to the junior doctor's careers or aspirations ; they follow a dual track method of recruiting top consultants of their field and paying them fat salaries while exploiting the young doctors underneath them , and making them do all the scutwork with ZERO academic learning in return !!...Read More
