Senior staff's behavior is not good with junior, they do partiality with staff. They don't learn to anything those staff don't do their flattery. They hate & scold without mistake whose who speak truth & talk in badway.

The medanta hospital ICU8 and nursing department at my previous hospital was an exemplary model of dedication, professionalism, and compassionate care. One major challenge I faced at my previous hospital was the management of biomedical inventory, which was primarily handled by the nursing department instead of the biomedical team. This misallocation of responsibilities placed significant additional pressure on nurses, who were already managing heavy patient loads.

The clinical pharmacy department is the worst dept in medanta.They are hiring bpharm graduates for the post of clinical pharmacist.The supervisors have no knowledge of anything and they don't even know how to speak in english.The working environment in this dept is really toxic.This dept and it's functioning is spoiling the name of such a reputed organization.

Nuclear Medicine Department of this Hospital is pathetic kindly do not apply in that department. The department is managed by Dr.Manas Sahoo and he is a pathetic human being and also a womaniser as he always prefer female doctors. Apart from this Medanta- The Medicity is a great place to work.

Every people think us like slave ...nursing staff have no value , seniors give you work and no respect , work is like gda and housekeeping, even they didnt give you permission to go home after your shift they will say to stay untill all staff handover finish...duty time is no matter according to them .....all over bkwas hospital please dont go there.

The process followed is too bureaucratic, leading to delays in result oriented tasks. Organisation Information is to concentrated in the hands of few Individuals who make the entire process cumbersome for new people to make a positive impact on the overall growth of the organisation.

Too much workload and there is no co ordination with eachother...no helping staff present...and the behaviour of higher authority with the staff is so unsatisfactory..team work is absent...too much mental pressure

Medanta Hospital has a very good environment. If I ever need it again in the future, I will definitely join and will always say this. Very good organization and very good staff! Lab technician salary not good package but average is overall good.
