Higher authorities and management doesn't address our issues , infact they don't have enough resources to help us manage between our work and life, and moreover they pressurize the employees to work in certain areas and Doctors used to bully other staffs and there's a lot of politics .

I learnt many things while working there but struggled more to keep up my pace and it was excessively stressful and I faced bullying from few docs for the things that I wasn't in charge for.
