i have a better team at my working place and all have good knowledge operationally as well as technically .i provided a specified work schedule for all with a limited time and nobody have not any conflict to eath other . I have completed my GET in medanta in which i learn about HVAC system like as chiller plant ,boilers ,STP,RO FCU,AHU etc . but i am here on contract role and here no hope for permanent role so for career grouth job has to be change .
