HR team is worst No proper facilities Team Leads are like puppets Only HR director runs the show Bad Politics Worst Senior management team No support even after working for long hours They make people work for 12 hours a day and don't pay for extra hours which is unfair. Favouritism is too much in core team. Only sensible person in the company are the staff boys

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
