Everything from the editors to management to the way they speak to you, in short, insults you and treats you like a slave, growth is challenging; they won't let you grow and say wrong things to make you feel bad. overall, it's not a company to work with. Moreover, they can fire you on the very first day, so ultimately no job security, and want you to be perfect just perfect from the first day.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
