One of the worst and 3rd class experience for last 2.5 years first the organisation will only take you for the projects they are going to work on second they will put you on that project and keep monitor you until you perform well if you are not perform well they will fire you immediately that is risk 3rd if you perform well they will give you 15% of a phrasal for the year the 4th organisation is entirely depend upon the projects the partner is going to give you the project and you have to manage if you are partner is good then it's good but till now I had not seen such good partner in this organisation there is no sort of work life balance and no personal life service base companies are worst and pathetic and third class experience I had ever faced in my life...Read More

There is no personal growth no learning opportunities they are providing and no certificate reimbursement such as if you working as a good role senior associate or associate entire organisation will focus on delivery work to clients they are not even providing employee benefit such as taking them to for lunch or dinner or party workwork work they don't see anything after if you want to spend your lifespan don't go to deloit KPMG PWC BDO GRANT THORNTON ANOTHER SERVICE BASE COMPANIES BOSTON CONSULTANT OR INFOSYS OR MORGAN STANLEY the solar companies are worst they don't value there employees if you think you will do something with your life then do whatever you want and if you think you can do better than that then do something different I believing in truth so I am saying everything with true mind set and opinions towards this review if you feel after reading this at least good then it I would be up and it was my honor so thank you for keeping my review...Read More

1. Management politics 2. Appraisal is given to only those who knows buttering 3. No good exposure to assignments 4. Policies are in favour of Partners. Highly unfavourable for employees 5. Hiring is done with increments but no appraisals given except if you are a butterer 6. No parties or incentives for employees to keep employees cheered 7. No growth prospects 8.
