If your working with big projects then you can get some benefits like cab facility to visit client place otherwise no benefits.

Dislikes

All lots of favouritism and politics by the management. Unfit people are getting promotions like anything who doesn't even work and judge others. No proper restroom for females. They'll degrade your work just to bring some of their favourite person into your project by making you feel your aren't worth to that project. The worst experience ever I had with this firm.
