There is nothing i can refer to this company. They are actually small company which don't have any ethics. Gives salary once in three month. Never makes your IQAMA. after finishing contract you have to be back to your country with help of ambassy.

Dislikes

The management is really cruel. Some time they force you to work 14 hrs without ot. They will never give you vacation even if there is any casuality happen to your home. Company is worst than hell.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
