Nothing. I like only one thing that is I have managed to learn recruitment from this company. Though it was very tough to survive.

Dislikes

1. Worst work culture, ambience. 2. Worst Management. 3. Non-deserving people everywhere. 4. Worst HR dept (None can speak in English) 5. Favoritism everywhere. 6. Non deserving guys getting appraisal over people who do work hard. 7. Kochar is not for smart employees. 8. Surprisingly, most of the employees don't know how to talk with their juniors/seniors. 9.
