Sallry done after or on 15 th of next month. Apprisal not timely. Basic requirements not fullfill at warkplace. Werst quality of product are manufactured. Always Shortage of manpower. Data intgrety issues are too much. Deviations happens on daily basis. Operator are not educated. Falls relese of QC sample. Management persons having selfish nature.
