Max Life Insurance is a reputable company, but I had some concerns. There were challenges with internal communication and favoritism, which affected workplace dynamics. Additionally, feedback and concerns weren’t always addressed objectively, leading to misunderstandings and unfair treatment. These issues, while not reflective of the entire organization, impacted my overall experience.

WORST DIRTY POLITICS IN MAX LIFE GHAZIABAD BRANCH LIKES BYJU'S

Dislikes

Office head ( Arun Malik) & Manager ( Pravin Rai )are both involved in dirty politics especially in Ghaziabad Branch. They charged 600 to 1000 INR FOR GO MEET EVERY MONTH IF U JOIN THE COMPANY ON 31ST OOF ANY OF THE MONTH THEY WILL CHARGE U 600RS.

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Max Life Insurance through the Axis Bank channel, especially regarding my PF claim. Despite providing all the necessary documents and following the correct process, my PF claim was rejected without a clear explanation. The lack of communication and support from both the insurance team and Axis Bank has been frustrating. I’ve reached out multiple times, but the responses have been vague, with no one taking responsibility for resolving the issue. This level of inefficiency and lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I expected much better service from such reputed organizations.
