Thanks for giving me this opportunity to ..I would like to highlight that the job security is not there.Atleast a warning should be given before issuing the termination letter directly.It's after all a career of a person it should not get ruined just like that.During the time of my working period I found that employee 's were not given a single warning no matters how many months they have worked for but directly the hr manager used to call in a room and used to hand over the termination letter.This is very wrong way to deal with the employees....Read More

Infrastructure. No place for gossip or politics. Good for freshers as per salary.

No proper training to freshers. Very strict envirnment which can be suffocating at times. Termination keeps happening every noe & then for all department.
