Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. you can learn technical things.

Dislikes

no work culture at all. None of the cofounders or directors of the team are from the actual background. they have just form a company. you will be forced to sit till late night doesn't matter if the work is important or not . you will verbally tourchered by the director of the design team.. and once you resign he will tourcher insuch a way that you will be forced to leave the job before complition of notice period . they will force you to text or mail the clients to destroy your face and commitments in front of client and show himself the great designer ( which he is not . he is having a background of sales and tells client that he is a designer).. they will deduct your money randomly .. that won't even pay your last salary and incentive. they will ask there team member to call you and ask you not to come office any more and they will clear salary but when you will ask for salary they will drop a mail showing its your fault and you will have to pay .. this is not with only one or two person.. they have done his injustice with more then 10 employees ....Read More
