ITS WELL KWNON INDEPENDEND COMPANY IN HYDERABAD, ONE OWNER WITH KEEP MINIMUM STAFF. CARES FOR STAFF, VENDOR AND LABOUR BENEFITS.

Dislikes

I don't see such things. They recruiter staff on merit, certificate and ability base.

Work Details

When I join the company, there were new challenges daily, I got to learn new things in all aspects. The staff and boss supporting was excellent.

Very good time management. MD of the company is a very good motivator.

Dislikes

Salary very late, never on time, some times salary is not given (especially to those employees who are serving for their last month in the company, minimum 45 days salary is held) Very poor in keeping on their commitments. Blaming culture prevails in the company. Overtimes are never recorded or paid even if employee works for 12-14 hrs a day and 7 days a week.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
