In communitymatrimony.com in Kolkata(which belongs to matrimony.com) Experience was good overall.But some issues need to check by higher authority.. Salary comes on time in every month but ..Only managers or pillars get the good amount of salary .. salary structure is not good for executives ..will not get appraisal so easily. Incentive structure is very bad.

In Kolkata office of community matrimony (which is under matrimony.com)..Horrible atmosphere , all around you can see the manager to shout .. loud and loud everywehere ..
