Never ever join this company at senior management roles and you will end up messing your career. Absolutely no work life balance and top management doesn't have any clue about what is happening at the ground level. Too much of politics internally and you can find unqualified people sitting at decision making roles, which will demotivate hard workers.

Worst experience i had in my work life. It was my first job and i had so many expectations on this job and in return i had very bad experience. The work place is very toxic and those seniors and all are very toxic as they will treat us like we are their slave and management is really worst not even taking a single stand to making to employees needs. Overall experience is really worst.
