Everything. Have to work on weekends as well as lead always asks to do so even on weekdays also he ask to stretch till 12 In the night and even after that also to be in his good books

Promotions are given after certain round pf interviews taken by random people. Appraisals were not up to the mark last year. And average appraisal, year before that.

A year back it was a great organisation with almost perfect work- life balance. The company has now become highly toxic no good work culture, no management support, forceful return to office and technology is lacking so much behind.
