Working culture is fine , the good thing is people are not toxic and generally polite

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are very low They don’t have a solid business mode set yet , they expect advisors to do extra curricular activities on top of BD and project work and still have n number of various KPIs to reject ur promotions or salary hikes. Only few people keep on getting good projects and salary hikes .

Structure is very complicated, lots of politics and agenda for every team within the big organization, you need to be careful, they hire people with no payment or banking industry experience, only consulting background and they become front-liners meeting bank clients in a very technical industry.
