Since I had worked their for 29 years I had good experience with my senior & had free hand to work no tention no work load everything was so good I enjoyed working their.

Dislikes

There is no security in the job. The office timings are strict, no fixed time for leaving the office. When I used to work, everything had to be done manually, but now I have no idea about the current processes. There is no socialing among the staff, and when I worked, there was a severe shortage of staff.

Mashreq means Sunrise in Arabic but their culture is the other way around. there is zero work life balance and no increment's. And the group head or division heads have their heads filled with attitude and pocket filled with money to downgrade the staff below them.
