Compensation Provided by the company is decent but growth is slow. sometimes I need to travel the whole night for reaching at dealership on time next day. I also need to handle some of those dealers who are not in my territory.

As I am Working as an TSM and handling suzuki motorcycle dealers of raj and MP, so I need to travel within my territory for bringing the business for the organisation ,resolving the day to day issues of dealers and relationship Management.
