Work Culture- My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from Directors and managers, employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts 2. Work Life Bal.- My company has 5days work policy. Which is more than enough for me. At Marutee, employees are expected to be productive for 8hrs and finishing the task as per the deadlines is considered important. 3. Marutee gives importance to each individual and always considers employees opinion before any major decisions taken. 4. If you're Marutee you'll be given lot of responsibilities. Evey individual need to show responsible and leadership quality in terms of the task assigned. 5. Employees are given liberty to enjoy the work the way they want.
