In principle, has the best structures, processes and ideals. When this translates to India, this lives only long as business is good

Dislikes

Instead of living by processes and leadership owning this directive, as soon as business weakens, chaos takes over. Firefighting, politics, jugaad, bypassing processes in every opportunity available. Changing the whole ways system into Lalaji company and not a global MNC giant. All because leadership cannot own the directive. Also, no work life balance
