They treat you like shitt. Management not care about staff. One thing they can do nicely is giving you warning letter for no reason and after 3-4 warning they told you please give resignation.

You will not get weekly off only you will get 3-4 per month, but you are eligible for 06 per month, affect from extra leave policy the will not follow. At my place i dislike the thing is .there is only one kitchen. For all purpose, like restaurant, room dining, banquet .when it will busy it's get challenges to manage all thing together. Overall everything is satisfying
