They should shut this company off and starts a political party. Brajpal and vimal plays like sonia gandhi and rahul gandhi. I was forced to work for about 16 hours due to which i got the back pain. when i complaint about this they give holiday to vimal, and said it's not his fault ,,he is mentally disturbed. they sent me warning from HR about not to raise such issue to higher management.

There is only one manager who always dictate there in the office. He manages everything related to the office. No policies are there related to the employees. Only fresher can gain some experience of working.

It's not a company, it's a shop no rules ,no polices, no promotion.. During your promotion you will get termination, Noida manager is very worst. He doesn't know how company will grow.. he always doing cheap program.. According to me he will waste the Marquistech company.. or may be close soon..
