The company does not pay its employees on time. Let alone variable pay, even the salaries were not credited on time (usually there used to be a 12-15 days delay). 1. Salaries are below average. 2. The workload and pressure in some teams is very high compared to what they are paid. 3. Appraisals and promotions are very slow. 4. Employee benifits are zero.

The work would never end on time in my former organization. There, the workload used to be such that it was impossible to finish on time however early I may start. Infiniti Research doesn't give so much work or pressure. it is pretty easy for me to manage everything here and that too on time.

I have stayed here mostly because of the team culture. The company understands the significance of teamwork. So, it tries to keep everyone united. Hence, we are able to work very smoothly. The overall environment is also peaceful at infiniti.

The number of benefits given hasn't really increased in these years. I was really expecting improvement in this but so far, not much has been done.

Work-life balances can get affected on a few days when two or three members take leave at the same time.
