On paper Sales Incentives are on a higher side. Brand Parachute is having pull in the market

Horrible work culture and Work environment. U will get mammoth targets month on month and huge pressure to do that also. And u will be seeing a hell lot of undercutting and cross selling from B2B and B2C platform. In the end u will be ending up only having salary and no incentives. If ur planning to join Marico get ready to have daily calls in the evening from 5.30-7.30 and your manager will directly ask u to work on Sundays and Public holidays too.
