Every thing because there is no support from management to the employee just to please the client they put all blame on employee even though he/she has done nothing wrong, cannot do new things which can improve quality and reduce work load, enternal politics (few senior never likes you doing out of the box things as they they don't want to do it) and management will never say anything to seniors

You can learn a lot if you work here but apart from learning there is nothing good in this company. They treat you like a slave. They will never help you if u stuck in any cases that you are working in. There is no job security as well. It's worst to work here.

Dislikes

There is no liking at all. Everything is bad here.. the worst company you can work for. They have less than 10 employees in their office.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
