Marble Box maintains a good work culture and always thinks about the employee well-being. The job security in this company is always in the highest level. The higher management has always been supportive to all the employees and encourages them to grow in their work life.

Dislikes

The only thing I feel can be changed is the salary banding for the employees. On paper it may look like good or average however, if it is compared to other companies which deals with General Insurance it will be considered on lower side.

This is the best place I have worked on and the best company I worked for till date. The work culture is fabulous. I have spent almost 5 years in this company and I would say that this is one of the best place to work.

Overall the company is good and the environment is also good but when it comes to health due to night shift some of us cannot handle the pressure so sometimes it feels to not to go to work

For the last 1 year I have only done 3 weeks of Day shift out of 52 weeks. Not only me, there are many employees like me doing Night shift continuously, while most of the members are getting rotational shift. Higher authority should look into this and provide rotational shifts to each and every employee otherwise it would be very difficult for each and everyone to stay in Marble Box for a long time....Read More
