You can only rise through the ranks if you can oil the behinds of a handful of people from among the management. The top management does as it wishes irrespective of development of employees. Very little to learn because most development programs are halted as they don't directly yield revenue.
Dislikes
There will always only be a few people you'll like with whom you can have an informal relationship. Other than that, nothing else to like about the company from within. There's only glitter outside and no glow inside.

Marble box has nothing to recommend it. The GM will first assist you, but then curse you and make you feel psychologically ill. HR is now incharge whose name starts with N is a awful person who believes she knows everything. This office is similar to Saas Bahu series.
