Nothing, politically driven organization, The AVP of IOT business is flag bearer of nepotism, wants his person to be placed in every state, no clarity of work profile they just keep u for six months and will terminate u overnight without any logical reason just the dictatorship of Mr AVP.Their subsidiary company GTropy will hire ufrom different Trades, will put u in Mapmyindia Team and before u realize anything ur finished as they will only entertain their near and dear ones. To be precise bootlickers don't fall into trap, No claim settlement terribly poor salary structure if ur from some other trades please dont join this organization they have very poor work ethics they have no humanity and no pain, and value for other person's time and money...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
