the best part of the organization is the environment where there is a lot of freedom and space to work. you get a lot of dynamic assignments and technologies to work on. there is a lot to learn if you are ready to take responsibility. The people in the organization are really supportive and the administrative policies are very much in order. During interviews, qualified candidates with good communication skills are overlooked if they're deemed a "future threat". Instead, they prefer candidates who will simply follow instructions.
