Their transparent and flexible work culture. Directors are superb support system for us. Front office staff especially is very heartwarming and polite.

Dislikes

Nothing directly towards the company and brand as they are growing and going all good. But the managers in some department could be more better and understanding.

The management is rigid specially the HR and Admin team boss are worse. They will ask you to come early but if are willing to live early they will not allow They will call to work on weekends and will not pay you and also will not give a comp off. You need to pay for their work from your pocket and they will pay you afterwards.
