There’s work life balance. You only have to work till the said time. Less competition among peers. Good infrastructure.

Dislikes

No base for salary policies. Appraisal not based on performance or qualification and experience. Security will stare at your legs every morning to check wether girls have worn pants (as instructed by HR). No allowances. No PF. No hierarchy so very less promotion. Does not assign proper designations. 6 days working and 9 hours. Please check google for more detailed reviews.

HR is utter waste. Team leads are not worth. They don't have the basic knowledge of the work. There is no growth. Just the repeated work. There is no salary increment. IT department is not worth. Even after taking a ticket, the same issue is been continuing in the system. Partiality for some employees alone. No support for employees.
