They bring Indian from good company and after 3-6 month they remove them without any reason. Only they will tell before firing you is "you have not done any big improvement, we are bringing Indian only for improvements not regular work" Very bad organisation never join this, factory is very small plants condition is 3rd class, only 50-100 employees are here.
