Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

Dear Sir' Good morning Dr Alka Bhasin Nephrologist मैक्स स्मार्ट सिटी साकेत ने मेरी कंप्लेंट कंपनी में की है की एक साल कोई मिलने नहीं आता। मैं पिछले 2 महिने से नहीं मिला हूं क्यों की मैक्स में रेनोवेशन का काम चल रहा है वहा एमआर एंट्री बंद है इसी लिए कम्पनी ने 4 लोगों को निकाल दिया. लास्ट ईयर उन्होंने एक कॉन्फ्रेंस के लिए कहा था कंपनी ने मना कर दिया तभी से नाराज चल रहीं थीं जब भी मिलने जाता मना कर देती.इस साल फिर से कानपुर मैं कोई CME करनी है . यहां से कोई बिजनेस भी नही है। हर बार न्यू फेस देख कर यही बोलती है कोई मिलने नहीं आता। हमारी urology team' मिलने गईं थी तो उनसे भी कंप्लेंट की है हमारे सेल्स मैनेजर Mr Mainak Basu ,Dr Alka Bhasin से मिलने गए और उनकी रिकॉर्डिन करके लाए है। मैं मेरे ABM,RBM and ZBM सब का हमारे BU Head Mr Chitranjan Paladi, SM Mr Mainak Basu दोनो ने मिलकर जबरदस्ती रिजिग्नेशन अर्जेंट बेसिस पे लेलिया है। मेरे पास अभी कोई जॉब नहीं है मैं मैंडली बहुत डिस्टर्ब हूं। इस साल मेरा सिंगापुर टूर, ट्रिपल डायमंड मेडल,1st क्वार्टर इंसेंटिव सब बना था। सब खतम हों गया।...Read More
