Right now 100% Target oriented irrespective of seasons. Majority of 90% Field force feeling pressure including recently joined employees. I'm a marketing field force working as a senior business executive for last 10 years.

There was only one thing to like that was incentive But now they have changed the rule , so for now hear is nothing to like

There are a lot of things to dislike 1) you have to work from 8:30 - 9 pm 2) you are not allowed to travel out of territory without ABM permission 3) there's is no job security 4) a lot of partiality and internal politics 5) they treat like robot 🤖
