People leave office on time . No staying job but you have to work in night to achieve Target depend on your bosses . Good company to work for 1-2 year as they are not paymaster and hike is only 8-10% even you work extremely hard .

Management listen only top ones and no hearing for junior or middle level people . Promotions are also for only few people and those working hard will be given more work and those who are doing nothing and boss favourite are enjoying . Management has given power to only one or two people and they will do as per their biasness.
